Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize daily business operations to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Manage key vendor relationships and oversee contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.

- Oversee project lifecycles from initiation through deployment, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business operations, project management, or corporate management.
- Proven track record of process optimization and successful project delivery in a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in the Colorado Springs business sector is a plus.
