Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to define clear business objectives and project scopes.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and user stories using industry-standard tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Jira.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, QA, product managers) to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions and manage defect tracking to ensure successful software deployment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to track project progress and business value.
- Document all requirements, user stories, and technical documentation in a clear and organized manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
