Responsibilities
- Analyze Business Processes: Conduct thorough analysis of current business operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for process improvement.
- Requirements Gathering: Gather, document, and manage business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project goals and deliverables.
- Documentation: Create high-quality business requirement documents (BRD) and functional specifications (FRD).
- Data Analysis: Utilize data to generate insights, prepare reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with IT and QA teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Methodology: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
