Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and process flows.
- Design and maintain comprehensive process maps, use cases, and functional requirements documents (FRDs).
- Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and drive process optimization initiatives.
- Create and present data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations to executive leadership.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Partner with IT teams to ensure successful system implementations and software upgrades.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
