Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements and functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, use cases, and process flows to support the development team.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business units and the IT department, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Testing & QA: Support UAT processes and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services or tech sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business terms.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex business problems.
