Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across global time zones during night shift hours
- Document business requirements, user stories, and process flows with precision
- Lead UAT testing cycles and provide post-implementation support for critical systems
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment
- Generate executive-level reports highlighting insights and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analyst experience in night shift or rotational schedule
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven experience documenting requirements in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and ETL processes
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 6 AM PST)
