Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to document pain points and opportunities
- Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Validate solutions against business objectives through UAT and regression testing
- Create process flow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Present findings to C-suite executives using data visualization tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in financial services or fintech
- Expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven experience documenting requirements in JIRA and Confluence
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating complex BA deliverables (process maps, wireframes, etc.)
