Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements
- Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align technical teams with business goals
- Develop test cases and validate solutions against business requirements
- Implement Agile methodologies to drive iterative project delivery
- Monitor KPIs and provide performance analytics to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly desirable
- Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and requirements management tools
