Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to define project scope and objectives.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and user stories using Visio or similar tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare comprehensive reporting.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support the deployment of solutions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a night shift setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to work rotating night shifts.
