Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to leadership during night shift hours
- Develop test cases and validate system solutions
- Maintain and update project documentation using agile methodologies
- Support system implementations and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred
