Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for weekend deployments and system upgrades
- Coordinate resources across IT, development, and vendor teams
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through weekend status reviews
- Maintain project documentation using JIRA and Microsoft Project
- Mentor junior team members on project management best practices
- Ensure compliance with SOX and security protocols during weekend operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record managing weekend shift projects
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional communication skills
- Experience with enterprise-level risk management frameworks
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
