Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional technical specifications, user stories, and system requirements documents (SRDs).
- Design and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and BPMN diagrams to visualize current and future state workflows.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Engineering) to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Identify process gaps and propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services or healthcare sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
