Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define business needs and project scopes.
- Analyze complex business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to ensure delivered solutions align with business goals and quality standards.
- Create detailed wireframes, process maps, and logical data models to support system design and implementation.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives within an Agile framework.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development or IT environment.
- Proven experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.
