Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for high-stakes enterprise projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications
- Design and maintain process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct gap analysis and develop actionable recommendations for system improvements
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in requirements documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analyst experience in technology or consulting environments
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and use case development
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent written/verbal communication with executive-level presentation skills
- Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle)
- PMP or CBAP certification preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
