Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles including Agile/Scrum methodologies for weekend deployments
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for high-stakes enterprise projects
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across global teams during weekend shifts
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR/ISO)
- Mentor junior PMs and optimize weekend workflows using JIRA/Asana
- Drive post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Business or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years project management experience with weekend shift background
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification and Agile/Scrum mastery
- Proven success in managing $1M+ tech projects in regulated industries
- Exceptional conflict resolution and remote team leadership skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and collaboration tools
- Experience with cloud migration (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices
