Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis for various business projects.
- Translate complex business needs into functional technical specifications.
- Develop detailed process maps, flowcharts, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Sales) to define system requirements.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
