Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Conduct thorough data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to uncover trends and opportunities
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile projects
- Create comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, test plans, and implementation guides
- Present complex findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and facilitate stakeholder workshops
- Monitor KPIs and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fast-paced tech or energy sector
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience with certification
