Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions to ensure all business objectives are met.
- Design and maintain process flows, data models, and wireframes using Visio or Lucidchart.
- Perform gap analysis between current state processes and future state solutions.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and QA teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Monitor project milestones and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.

- Design process flows, data models, and wireframes.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and future state solutions.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
