Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Product) to define system architecture and data flows.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and scope clarity.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process maps, wireframes, and test cases.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Perform data analysis to generate actionable insights and drive continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Excel).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
