Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Analyze complex processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align business and technical teams
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure project success and ROI
- Translate business needs into clear system requirements for development teams
- Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech-driven environments
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
