Responsibilities
- Lead weekend project execution with agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of sprints and milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA) across time zones and weekend schedules
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risks while maintaining stakeholder alignment
- Implement robust project tracking systems using Jira and Asana for real-time progress monitoring
- Facilitate weekend retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and process optimization
- Champion change management initiatives during weekend deployment windows
- Proactively identify and mitigate project bottlenecks through data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift or non-traditional scheduling
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and waterfall hybrid models
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced tech environments
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
