Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops to align business and technical teams
- Validate solutions against business objectives and KPIs
- Document requirements in JIRA and Confluence systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
