Join our dynamic night operations team as a Business Analyst and transform data into strategic insights that drive innovation. This remote-friendly night shift role offers the flexibility to work while Austin sleeps, supporting critical projects across finance, operations, and technology. You'll collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver actionable analytics and process optimization solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and data models
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using SQL and visualization tools
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
- Prepare executive reports summarizing findings and recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night hours (6 PM - 6 AM CST)
