Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization during night shift operations
- Gather, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders across departments
- Develop detailed data models, workflows, and process documentation
- Create and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings across time zones to ensure alignment
- Support implementation of new systems and process improvements
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous night shift or flexible schedule experience preferred
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PMP is a plus
