Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify optimization opportunities
- Document requirements, workflows, and technical specifications using UML and BPMN
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and deliverables
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies across SQL databases
- Develop test cases and execute UAT for new system integrations
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift preference
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Experience in financial services or fintech a major plus
