Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document detailed functional specifications
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technical solutions with business goals
- Develop test cases and validate system changes during night shift deployments
- Monitor system performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for process changes and system updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 2 AM MST)
- Experience documenting requirements using UML or similar notations
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) preferred
