Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst in Phoenix, AZ, working the night shift to support global operations. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to bridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders, driving data-driven decisions and process optimization. This role offers remote flexibility with occasional on-site collaboration in our modern downtown Phoenix office.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems/processes
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience working in night shift or global support environments
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or similar) is a plus
