Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify optimization opportunities for government agencies and Fortune 500 clients
- Document detailed requirements using UML diagrams, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using SQL and Tableau
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during evening hours to align business objectives
- Conduct data validation testing and support UAT cycles for critical systems
- Produce executive-level reports translating complex data into actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in regulated industries
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and process modeling
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent
- Experience with federal contracting requirements and compliance standards
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management during night shifts
- Proven track record of delivering process improvements in complex environments
