Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and solutions
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and wireframes
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL and BI tools for real-time reporting
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical implementation
- Lead UAT testing cycles and ensure solution compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in fintech or regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM MST) with reliable remote setup
