Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities during overnight operations
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define project scope and success metrics
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams
- Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making
- Facilitate workshops and sessions with remote teams across multiple time zones
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues during peak overnight hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience documenting requirements in JIRA or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
