Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in business analysis with night shift experience preferred
- Expertise in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Scrum Master highly valued
