Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify optimization opportunities during overnight shifts
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, data models, and requirement specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and translate business needs
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and visualization tools to support strategic decisions
- Lead UAT testing and ensure successful implementation of process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or flexible schedule background
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business teams
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) preferred
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during off-peak hours
