- Create and maintain process documentation, flowcharts, and data models
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system solutions aligned with business goals
- Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance reporting
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to measure business impact of implemented solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience documenting business requirements and process flows
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (5 PM - 2 AM)
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience preferred
