Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements for financial technology systems
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools for night-shift reporting
- Conduct stakeholder interviews during evening hours to gather requirements
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives) for distributed teams
- Validate system changes through UAT during off-peak business hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or banking
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Exceptional communication skills for night-shift stakeholder engagement
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to work independently during core business hours
