Join Nexus Analytics as a Business Analyst on our dynamic night shift team! We're seeking a data-driven professional to transform complex business requirements into actionable insights while supporting global operations during evening hours. Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify process inefficiencies during night-shift business cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements for system enhancements
- Develop dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI for real-time decision support
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during evening hours to align on project deliverables
- Perform gap analysis between current workflows and industry best practices
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new business processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or global operations exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and process mapping
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional written communication for documenting complex processes
