Responsibilities
- Analyze overnight transactional data to identify process optimization opportunities
- Document detailed business requirements for enterprise system enhancements
- Create SQL-based reports and data visualizations for executive dashboards
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops during overnight hours
- Validate UAT test cases and troubleshoot production issues
- Develop process flow diagrams and user acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with offshore development teams during peak hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience documenting requirements for enterprise-scale projects
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- Excellent written communication for documentation
