Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Validate data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing protocols
- Present findings through compelling visualizations and executive dashboards
- Support system implementations and post-launch optimization
- Identify improvement opportunities through KPI monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift preference
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience with healthcare or fintech industries a plus
