Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards for decision support
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
- Validate project deliverables against business objectives and quality standards
- Support system implementations and provide post-launch support during night hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to work independently
- Previous night shift or remote collaboration experience preferred
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) considered a plus
