Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate complex data into actionable insights
- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and documentation for system improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain data models to support strategic decision-making
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Monitor KPIs and report on project progress and performance metrics
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or data-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience documenting requirements using UML/BPMN methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) preferred
