Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis of business problems and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Translate complex business needs into functional technical specifications for developers.
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and future business goals.
- Create and maintain data models, flowcharts, and process diagrams using Visio or similar tools.
- Lead requirement validation workshops with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet business needs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project progress and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or government contracting environment.
- Proven experience working in a shift-based or weekend shift environment is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
