Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Utilize SQL, Excel, and BI tools to extract, clean, and interpret large datasets
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports
- Support weekend system implementations and user acceptance testing
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Experience in healthcare, finance, or retail industries preferred
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) a plus
