Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business process diagrams, requirement specifications, and user stories.
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and meetings during weekend shifts.
- Coordinate with QA and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and desired future states.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Advanced), and Tableau/PowerBI.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
