Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to drive efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops and translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Develop and maintain dashboards for performance tracking and decision support
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and process mapping tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday 7am-3pm)
