Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities during night shift operations
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and requirements specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI for real-time data monitoring
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements during night shift hours
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and business objectives
- Support UAT testing and implementation during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or rotational shift background
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and process modeling methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Exceptional communication skills for remote stakeholder collaboration
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum preferred
- Experience with healthcare, logistics, or financial services industries preferred
