Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Product) to identify process improvement opportunities and gaps.
- Develop, maintain, and update data models and process flows using Visio or similar tools.
- Generate, analyze, and present complex data reports and dashboards to support executive decision-making.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring requirements are met.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions during the night cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
