Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvements
- Document business requirements and translate technical specifications for cross-functional teams
- Develop KPI dashboards and automated reporting systems for real-time monitoring
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during night hours to align on project deliverables
- Implement process optimization strategies using SQL, Python, and BI tools
- Collaborate with offshore teams during daytime handover sessions
- Present findings to executive leadership through concise visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst with night shift or rotational schedule experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in data modeling and process documentation
- Excellent communication skills for cross-timezone collaboration
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement gathering
- Certification in CBAP or PMP preferred
