Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT teams to bridge gaps between business objectives and technical solutions
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, data models, and user stories
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with department heads during night shift hours
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Support system implementations and provide end-user training for night staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently and thrive in night shift environment
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred
