Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and requirements specifications
- Develop data models and conduct analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals
- Support UAT and implementation phases for new system deployments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process mapping
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, nocturnal work environments
