Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for system enhancements and new projects.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize workflow and increase productivity.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights, generate reports, and support decision-making for leadership teams.
- Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and user stories.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for business units, facilitating communication between technical teams and non-technical staff during the night cycle.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA and development teams to design test plans, execute UAT, and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or data-driven environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
- Agile/Scrum: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) to support our 24/7 operations.
