Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Documentation: Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), use case diagrams, and functional specifications for the development team.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate meetings with clients and internal teams during night hours to gather feedback and clarify project scopes.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA teams to design test scenarios and validate that delivered solutions meet business needs.
- Data Interpretation: Analyze data trends and metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Reporting: Generate and present regular progress reports to stakeholders regarding project status and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT or software industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI) is required.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
